I’m all for freedom of religion, and am very aware of every little misogynistic thing that mine is responsible for…but you think Islam would’ve come a little farther since its the twenty-first century, not the fourteenth.

Everyone has his / her own interpretation of Islam. I totally disagree with this guy. I have read Quraa’n myself, there is no such mentioning or permission for males to beat their females.

I know that everyone interprets it differently. I used to have a penpal in Pakistan that told me they applied the Quaran all wrong. I’m just showing how crazy some of the fringe people can get.(And Christianity has plenty of people like this too, especially earlier in its history.)
